Abstract

Blockchain makes financial and regulatory data transmission irreversible, transparent, and auditable. Blockchain regulatory reporting balances financial compliance transparency and confidentiality with zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs). Banks may publish Basel III liquidity coverage and capital adequacy metrics while preserving data and internal information using the permitted method. Ethereum Layer-2 rollups for RegTech blockchain adoption address computational scalability and transaction latency. Over normal reporting infrastructures, auditors and regulators' credibility, verifiability, automation, and tamper resistance improve. with contemporary financial ecosystems, privacy-preserving ZKPs with decentralized reporting architecture may provide real-time compliance.
